Everytime when I see a modern object such as a cellphone in a painting it always tickle me and makes me want to smile.
I love the contrast it made, it’s so strange but at the same time it’s just our everyday life.
This series is a continuous shooting of selfie, I want the result be as simple as it’s just a moment that we caught casually in every other days, as normal as it’s one of the normal selfie in our phone, so the facial expression is flat and I only used two tones of pencil to draw lines and forms, nothing else that viewers can only focus on this selfie and reflect to the one of their own (selfie)
